SUN WHITE MALAGOUZIA 2024
This label offers a fresh take on the well-known white variety.
Only the free-run juice (obtained without pressing) is used, and fermentation is carried out exclusively by indigenous wild yeasts.
During the winemaking process:
Fermentation takes place in concrete tanks using wild, native yeasts
The wine remains on fine lees in these tanks for 2–4 months
It is then racked by gravity and clarified naturally in stainless steel tanks
- No oenological additives are used
- No filtration, protein, or tartaric stabilization is applied
- A minimal amount of sulfites is added only just before bottling

SUN ROSE LIMNIONA 2024
This label offers a fresh and vibrant take on the now well-known Limniona variety.
- During the winemaking process:
- A 5-hour pre-fermentation maceration is carried out in stainless steel tanks
- Fermentation is completed with indigenous wild yeasts in egg-shaped concrete tanks
- The wine remains in these tanks for 2 months on fine lees
- It is then clarified through static racking in stainless steel tanks

SUN RED LIMNIONA 2022
This label showcases the elegance and grace of the native Limniona variety, in its place of origin.
- During the winemaking process:
- Fermentation is carried out with indigenous wild yeasts in open-top tanks for 25 days
- The wine matures for 12 months in old (3rd and 4th use) 350L oak barrels

AGRAFO LIMNIONA ANCESTRAL 2022
This rosé Limniona Petillant Naturel (commonly known as PET-NAT) is a unique proposal from our winery, produced using the méthode ancestrale.
According to this method, no second fermentation takes place; instead, the wine is bottled before the completion of alcoholic fermentation, allowing the naturally produced CO₂ to be trapped inside the bottle.
The disgorgement process is done manually, and no additions or dosage are made to the bottle.

AGRAFO MALAGOUSIA ORANGE 2022
This label represents a rustic yet refined interpretation of the well-known Greek white variety by our winery.
- Fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous wild yeasts in an open-top tank
- The wine remains in contact with the grape skins (maceration) for 25 days
- It then matures in egg-shaped concrete tanks and clay amphorae, where battonage (lees stirring) is performed for 12 months

CLEAR SKIES (FEAR NO BOLTS)
“To Clear Skies Fear No Bolts” is a blend of 60% Malagousia, 25% Xinomavro, and 15% Assyrtiko — each vinified separately through a combination of white and rosé winemaking techniques.
The Malagousia component was aged for 2 months in egg-shaped concrete tanks, adding complexity to the final result.
This is a natural wine crafted with techniques that show absolute respect for biodiversity, offering delicate floral aromas and a multidimensional character.
